License Types

• PROFESSIONAL and LAW ENFORCEMENT License: allows the use of the software to a single user to whom the license is assigned, which cannot be shared with another user. A user with a single license can download and install the software on up to five devices, but can only use one instance of the software at a time. The renewal license can always and only be used on the five previously used devices.

• The Dongle allows you to use the software license on an unlimited number of devices. The Dongle must always have a valid software license with it.

• PROFESSIONAL ON-DEMAND license: allows the use of the software for 24 hours to a single user to whom the license is assigned. No technical support is given on this type of license, therefore it is advisable to download the Demo version and try to acquire the web pages of interest in order to learn how to use the software.

Activation of licenses and renewals

The activation date of the first installation license is simultaneous with the moment in which the license code is entered in the software, therefore it does not correspond to the purchase date which may be earlier.
The activation date of the renewal licenses corresponds to the expiry date of the previous license, the renewal code can be used within 90 days of the expiry date of the previous license; however, the expiration date of the renewal code remains the same regardless of when it is activated in the software. If the license is not renewed within 90 days of the expiration date, a first time installation license must be repurchased again.

• Npcap 1.50 (installed from FAW setup – other versions are not supported)
